don't get nervous that can take you down quicker than anything. the best way to handle a promotion, just say to yourself I can handle it.

And why did you get the promotion??? Because you're THAT GOOD! If the people who gave you that promotion didn't see that, they would not have given you the promotion! You have nothing to be nervous about 'cause you're already THAT GOOD! Go get 'em, tiger!
