I finally ordered some food,
my only meal of the day...

a big spinach salad with grilled chicken spinach,
roasted sunflower seeds, black and garbanzo beans,
roasted red peppers, avocado, sundried tomatoes
with feta and parmesan cheeses and the best
balsamic vinagrette salad dressing imaginable,

to be delivered to me sooooooooon
from an excellent Italian restaurant ...
oooooh, i am soooo hungry...i am so bad

i go all day without eating at all
and i have been drinking coffee
and not enough water...
My sooo Bad.

I can't go out too often at night
it is not very wise to go out then...
without my big strong handsome awesome Son
or another big hunky "Tried and True" Guy
it is crazy enough during the day
but at least you can see
who's coming up ...



at night though...
it is a different story...
people with ill intentions
often hide behind a cloak of darkness
to try to disguise
their dirty deeds ...



It is an acquired behavior, this survival in the city...
when i just want to go out & walk in the night so pretty
looking up upon the twinkling stars so very bright
the expansive milky way & its glowing pearly light
see the white barn owls in their evening flight
furry rabbits hopping & leaping in the moonlight
crickets in their soothing symphony to the night...
the wandering minstrel at peace with such a delight.

i 'm finally eating..this is sooo delicious......
this salad is big enough for two or three meals...
and it came to $15.00 delivered and with a 20 % tip.
the accepted gratuity is 15 % and the delivery
driver only had to go 4 blocks, so he was stoked...
