Crystal Fight for what is yours Get what you are entitle to. Your dad left it for you. She has no right to keep it. Having those documents are good anyway to keep with the family documents. True colours come out in people when it come to money If it was me I would fight all the way. The woman has nothing to stand on. If you don't get it now you may never get it. I would say she knows what in the will. Lol I hope it's the house and she has to move out. Sorry I hate this sort of thing and I'm like a Jack Russell puppy holding on until I have it. Yeah I will fight for it. Lot of legal bollocks though ... I won't inherit anything as of yet, as they have this thing that the one who outlives the other, gets to use what's there. I just need to know what that means concerning money as she's planning on selling the house. So then there'll be a big lump of cash. If she can just give it away to her children, I'm not going to be particularly pleased. So tomrw got some serious phone calls to make.
