My daughter just phoned me and they're looking at tickets ... it looks like I'm going to the States beginning of February!
She's gonna phone me later to let me know if they've booked or not.
Dammit, I feel like a chicken without a head now, lol! I hadn't expected it to be that soon, I thought it would be April or something.
And a 14 hr flight, phew! Used to do 18 hr flights, but in those days I didn't have a neck problem yet. Seriously worried about that.

Maybe I should start packing, so I'm sure I got it right by February

I used to always overpack.. ... now I just take one outfit to wear to a fancy dinner... and two of my favorite casual outfits.... they do have washers and dryers where you're going..lol... three pairs of socks 3 pairs of underwear.. pair of dress shoes. And two pairs of casual shoes.. Travel Light I say..
