personality can only go so far. there has to be a physical attraction there too. not everyone is superficial, but, part of attraction is visual as well.

yes stuck_in_ohio this is very true but to not take the time to see a person as a whole could also be a disaster to the foundation they are attempting build. Although physical attraction is a vital part, it should not be the sole intention. Life is far to short to limit friendships because physical beauty.
Though I do agree with you it is needed as well

its part of the whole package. I'm not saying that its something that ways in heavily for everyone. for instance, I don't care how good looking a woman may be, if she can't hold an intelligent conversation and I have to spend more than five minutes explaining a joke, its not happening. Everyone is different and has their own preferences in what they look for. Ultimately, you have to be confident in yourself and the way God made you. If someone wants to judge you on looks alone, that is a judge of their character for you, so f--- 'em.
