I have written to Mingle2 about the fact they have taken 2,457 Roubles out of my bank account when I had already cancelled my trial subscription after 2 days. I had to rejoin to speak to them and I have written twice with urgent messages. But no reply Very Angry.

Hello, Stevanovna. You might have the wrong company because we do not have a trial version and I do not see any history of your account having our premium version. In any case, please send me an email (charles@nextc.com) so that we can straighten this out.

Hi, Thank you for replying, I joined two sites and the other site claimed no responsibility. I am going to call my bank and ask where the money went to. its very suspect.

Not a problem and that sounds reasonable. In the end, you'll get whatever money you are entitled to.
