Why is this on line thing so dreadful? I dont understand why people have to be so difficult..We are here, that is most of us to meet other folks and try to make friends dates what ever but then every body acts like they are scared to talk..If your scared, why are you here? you took the time to get here, TALK TO PEOPLE...You dont have to meet or give personal info so whats the big deal about answering a email?

It's cause there is a secret society of people who are just here to piss you off. They have meetings at 3pm on every second tuesday.

Maybe people are just shy, keep trying and you will be ok.

And u sure wanted to communicate twice with us lol !!!! Yes i do agree with the strange behaviour of ignoring someone as long as its just wanting to know each other. Kinda strange

Some do answer e-mails, some don't. I wait for them to write to me now; not worth wasting the time to write to the locals anymore. Screw 'em.

Really, this place is all about the forums. Give people something to think about, something to laugh about, show a little of who you are on the forums, and they will talk to you.

While i agree with your initial post, I disagree with that statement. I've been online a long time, when i started looking on dating sites, I was looking for someone. What i found was a family of friends i will forever cherish. I have friends all over the world. If all you wish is to meet one person, Then perhaps forums are not your cup of tea. I can tell you this, and believe me this is meant in favor of you, not to question you in any way, Life is a learning process, we learn things every day. Sometimes not even realizing it at the time. Speaking for myself, Interacting with all the people i have met, Has been a very fulfilling and rewarding expierience.

I think you have to remember not to have expectations. If you keep an open mind and don't have expectations you won't get disappointed.

Also, if you are emailing someone and they don't respond within the same day or a couple of days you have to remember that not everyone is logged in 24/7. Some people have things to do and check in when they have time.

However, if someone is ignoring you then you have to understand that maybe they aren't into you and don't know how to let you down in a nice way. Just move on. With all of the people on this site you will eventually find someone that is into you.
