Falling from the darkened sky
I fall upon the earth so dry

Onto the stone I turn to dust
A mission that I find a must

I carve the earth without a knife
I bring it death and bring it life

I flood the earth and fill the sea
with countless numbers just like me

Since time began I've been around
Beating down onto the ground

To rise into the sky reborn
from the earth in which I've torn

I sparkle from the sun at noon
Reflect the beauty of the moon

Create a sticky summer mist
and rainbows that you can't resist.

My rage it flows out of control
To life they pay a heavy toll

But I am life to all whose dear
and I am in your every tear
