Topic: How Much Coffee?

I drink coffee about 5-7cups a day.drinker 2 cups in the morning when I wake up, 1 cup in between meals and another cup after dinner, midnight and before I sleep. I just couldn't function well without coffee to perk me up. I get headache if I couldn't drink in the morning and I feel sleepy the rest of the dayyawn frustrated


5-7 a day?

wowsers i got headache just thinking about all that caffeine lol


Oooh, but it's the opposite with me I don't get headache if I drink coffee, it activates my brain cells:smile: happy drinker actually according to the latest research caffeine in coffee has an antioxidant benefits to our body which has an anti aging effect:wink: so u better drink and stay young:smile: :wink: :tongue: :banana:

Errr... coffee is as good as the biggest poison there is...

- It messes with your calcium & magnesium levels, which are important for bones, central nerve system and so on. I believe the right amount of calcium & magnesium have to do with keeping the right levels of potassium and sodium levels which are important for basically everything.

- gives what is considered "dirty" energy, as it stimulates the adrenaline glands, causing them to dump chit loads of hormones in the blood that aren't healthy at all. Basically it gives a shock effect that wakes you up, and I take it you understand that shocking your body awake is not particularly desirable nor healthy.

- it messes with blood sugar levels. If memory serves it can even contribute to developing diabetes as unstable blood sugar levels can deplete the pancreas, causing it to stop working, just exhausted. Then you're diabetic

- all in all it contributes to acidification of the body which seriously damages and affects connective tissue. Acidification is the main cause of fibromyalgia, and lots of other illnesses and ailments like osteoporosis, rheuma, arthritis, arthrose and so on and so forth. Acidification also affects the skin ...

- Since a healthy complexion and not getting wrinkles also has to do with connective tissue, coffee does NOT help at all. If nothing else it will help premature aging due to acidification of the body.

Oh, you're liver won't be really happy with coffee either ...

These are just a few negative effects of coffee. Do some research if you want to know more.

1 small cup every now and then. I put lots of milk or cream in it. More like coffee flavored milk. Lol.
