1. mid-life crisis sets in and they realize that they are no spring chicken anymore and mortality is actually real so they go running after someone young
2. she was bored in the bedroom and wanted to see what sleeping with a younger guy was like
3. you had ongoing issues in your marriage and instead of working on them she decided to jump ship instead
