I admire this woman's conviction in adhering to her Christian ethics, although many tend to be selective in their convictions. However, those same Christian principles also subscribe obedience of the law, she chose to adhere to the laws of her faith. That takes courage, despite it breaking the law.

Well I laughed my a$$ off when the White House press secretary commented that no one in America is above the law including the President. We all have to follow the law. Wow. Really? So how come Hillary is still out on the street? Eric Holder for Fast and Furious? Lois Lerner for IRS-gate? All the underlings who were complicit in helping to hide documents/behaviors/audio/video of numerous suspected transgressions? Obama should be in jail for treason by supplying weapons to ISIS, and former general Patraeus for suggesting publicly that the U.S. arm al-Qaeda so that THEY can beat ISIS? These are not quibbling around the edges of political philosophy and trying to smear someone, this is the government being complicit in providing deadly weapons to drug cartels and terrorists. This is a government employee deciding that political opponents do not deserve the benefits of the tax code her own party utilizes, and attempts to affect the outcomes of elections in the process. It's about directing others to engage in this behavior as well, and lie about it. So before the government wants to publicly berate a single woman (war against Christian women anyone?) for exercising her belief system, maybe it should clean up it's act first? 1. Obama used Executive Orders, he is not the first President of the United States to use an Executive Order, nor is it breaking law to do so. IF his use of E. O.'s was unconstitutional, the GOP MAJORITY House and Senate have (Checks and Balances) a LEGAL course of action called Impeachment to remove him from power. They CHOSE not to use it. I wonder why? 2. Neither Obama nor his administration armed isil. As part of the original campaign PROMISE, he enacted an orderly draw down of U.S. forces as advised by our military leaders over time to include training the Iraqi military police etc. and leaving them U.S. equipment and arms they felt AFRAID to face the influx of terrorists without. Despite the efforts of years of training and armament of the IRAQI forces, they turned tail and hauled *** back to Baghdad leaving everything behind. That's how isil got the equipment. 3. IF Holder actually broke any laws, he is subject to U.S. Law. No charges have been filed. 4. Petraeus is retired. A retired U.S. Army General. I suppose he is perfectly within his First Amendment right to Freedom of Speech to make a suggestion you don't even understand. It takes a long time to become a U.S. Army General which comes with lots of experience in that Specific theatre of war. They don't hand those stars out as prizes in cracker jacks. The Free Syrian Army started out as shopkeepers, farmers, and office workers picking up AK's and trying to keep themselves from getting slaughtered by the Assad regime. al-Qaeda said "Oh look, newbies with nice shiny toys!" and took them. ISIS said "Oh look, our enemies have nice shiny toys!" and took them away from al-Qaeda. Once the first shipment of weapons gets stolen believing that the second, third, and fourth won't meet a similar fate is asnine. So YES, Obama ARMED ISIS. 3. IF Holder actually broke any laws, he is subject to U.S. Law. No charges have been filed. Of course no charges were filed. Obama exercised executive privilege over Holders emails, so that he can't be punished. Do you really think that Holder was completely clueless, and didn't know about Fast and Furious? His White House staffers were exchanging emails with BATFE agents and offices about how well the program was going, and how they wanted Holder to go down to the border and give them a pat on the back and shake some hands. The trip gets cancelled when the border patrol agent was shot and killed with a F&F gun. Do you also not think it's ironic that an administration who spits out something about gun control on virtually a daily basis, is itself handing assault rifles to Mexican drug cartels? HILARIOUS! Because, all the whining & complaining & so many groups screaming discrimination. But... I do think, if she were man, a judge, or a non Christian or gay... like the gay judge or the black judge that refused, ( above posts) she would NOT be in jail & it would NOT being getting all the liberal press from the alphabet networks. I think we should send some Orthodox Jews & Muslim Men there.... or anywhere.... & all Black & Hispanic ones...maybe even some Illegal Aliens, that don't speak English..... to KENTUCKY to meet the Judge, that put her there. Starting with Holder, as AG, as one person, he couldn't plan and or facilitate this type of operation on his own. Nor could the doj. Nor could the other 3 letter agencies. Nor could either of them or the heads of them control 100% this type of operation. This type of operation is not purely investigative in nature, nor is it purely based in [Legal proceedings and the adherence to the law within those proceedings.][This is what the doj does] Iraq.... Have you been there? I have. When I was there Obama had not yet announced he would run for President, and dubyah hadn't bought (or stolen) reelection yet. He was still trying to finish what HW hadn't. Only the incident that caused attention be turned to the middle east didn't happen there. It started here, years before when HW was President. Anyway, when Obama took office with the PROMISE he actually intended on keeping (bringing the troops home) we had to leave the Iraqi military with some weapons. We had to train them. Had we not done so or planned to do so after dubyah left office things would have been much worse and much more far spread than it is now. Dubyah had no plan on anything past the capture of Saddam and the delusion of the possibility of seizing Iraqi oil. We don't have the oil. The power vacuum stared there, in 2003. It could only be spread by taking out obl, which dubyah kinda forgot about. That had to be done. That happened in 2011, 3 years after dubyah left. Now down the two different types of heavies, someone else stepped up but not what anybody expected. The situation there is far too fluid and the lines on maps only mean anything to Arab Nations at war with each other. Had we just gone after obl, we wouldn't have this problem. Saddam didn't take kindly to any other country, Arab or not, in Iraq. When a dam is destabilized a flood is imminent. Now its flooding. Obama couldn't undo everything that happened between 2002-2008. Comparing this to WWII Japan and Germany borders on insane. For one they were allies, two they were formal military powers and they didn't have cell phones and internet. The reason you don't understand the generals opinion is because it's not something that began when Obama was in office. Failing to admit who puttthe first forces there is the root of your misunderstanding. Start there. Oh btw, the 9 Supreme Court Justices don't belong to any political party. They serve for life and are only appointed when one dies or steps down for medical reasons.

Didn't want to leave out the FACT that General Petraeus served in the war against terror under Dubyah. A war (unconventional might I add since terror has no return address) started in two non bordering countries Iraq(for HW) and Afghanistan(the wrong country since someone wasn't there). The clueless one who completly unhinged the cobra basket was dubyah. Once those dominoes started falling there was no turning back. He and murderface(Cheney aka Tricky Dick 2.0) took the war to Iraq. They kept it there until they left office in 08'. Obama inherited a country tired of war and armed forces facing a terrorist turnstile for a theatre of war that never should have been declared the way it was. Had Obama not began the drawdown with everything going on in the region with the Twitter coups and Ukraine, things could have gotten much much worse than they are now. But hell, the Arabic world tearing itself apart has nuthintaduwit dubyah. Sorry, someone remind mbg what this thread was about.
