Topic: Why be worried about a number (50+) | |
---|---|
Looking at the headings here it looks like the age obsession forum.
DON'T ACT YOUR AGE. Just Don't do it. You'll get old early. Grow old disgracefully. Have naughty fun. Do stuff you used to do. As much as you can, anyway. I still cycle, surf occasionally, listen to my old music (heavy metal), love motorbikes, and daydream, (No I'm not having a micro sleep). Have lots of interests that need your brain, so you don't have time to feel old and lonely. It works for a while. Someone asked if over 50 sex is OK. Of couse it is !! WTF? When sex is not interesting, that's when it's time for me to measure up for a pine box. SO Therefore: Any ladies who want an active, non-dead, energy filled, still hopeful man, may apply within. I'd like a young energetic partner but I'm a realist, and I know there are hot grannies out there about my age who can still do things without needing a zimmer frame. I refuse to give up because I'm not dead yet. I ask younger women out when I can despite 100% rejection rate - blind hope. Stupid blind hope despite the odds. That's life. In my whole lifetime no woman has ever asked me out. Inequality. My Peter Pan 'be young forever' has taken a beating lately too, but beyond the grey hair and grizzled face, I'm a kid inside still. Who wants to play ? I've still got 30 - 40 'twilight years' to get up to mischief with. The problem for me here is a lack of locals and visitors near Adelaide Sth. Aust. |

. ...a walker. Anyway Welcome to Mingle and I have to agree age is a number. Correction, "age" is a word. This is a number: 50. (Well, what else would you expect a Melmacian to say?) |

Examples of the differences between being young and older......
Some young people take drugs to escape the reality of their lives. Some older people take drugs to extend the reality of their lives. Maybe the saying should be "You are only as old as the drugs you take make you feel." |

Hmmmmm, if so i think i should call my doctor and demand better drugs
