Keep yourself busy, overdo it on chocolate, drink some wine, get a pedicure, be gentle with yourself.

I think you just need time to heal, we all need that. I remember going through that myself. Find a good friend and have a good cry, that works wonders.
I took time to find out who I really was, what I wanted out of life. Sometimes we get so caught up in everyone else that we forget about ourselves. We women are always trying to please everyone else that we lose sight of who we really are. NOW its your time to find out who you really are.
It sounds like you have a fresh start, enjoy it!! Embrace your life, your new home, being a single parent, and most of all...love who you really are!! I wish you luck on finding out who and what you want. Just take time to dig deep inside of yourself and do a lot of soul searching...you will find it is well worth it!!

I've been where You are I think we all have in our own way
your not alone .

Sadly there is no quick cure for a broken heart or mending love.

Each day that goes by take comfort in the fact that it will get easier day by day .

The best advice I can give You is keep your mind busy .

relapse thoughts will come and go but they will pass.

Go out, spend time with friends or family even when you don't feel like it.

And most of all forgive that person for their actions .

Long walks and fresh air are very helpful.
