Subjective. Personally just from being active for the past few days, red flags are any indication she's not genuine. The more flawed or human she reads, the more it captures my attention.
Again, a subjective thing. I think most guys go by what they see. |

Her clothes.
Go figure huh? |

If she's stupid or not. If she's uptight and limited or not. :P
Lots of info can be gathered in the way she talks, what she talks about and her attitude. |

Not sure what you're asking. It would depend on the circumstances, I think, in the most pedestrian meaning of the question.
But if you actually mean to ask, what do people purposely LOOK to figure out about someone, that would be very different. I first look for signs that she is from the right "tribe." That's my own personal short hand, for something I noticed early on, and which I still find to be true. There are lots of different types of people in the world. Some more tend to think and act like each other..have the same general things which they think of as important. My shorthand word that I use to describe people who are similar in such ways to others, is to say that they are from the same "tribe." Interestingly, to me anyway, familial and societal relationships don't seem to have anything to do with THESE kinds of tribes. It's almost as though there was some vast Diaspora of peoples far in the distant past, and ever since, they only occasionally stumble across each other again. I recognize my own tribe, from things such as their sense of humor, what they do and don't notice around them, what they do and don't worry about and think about. That sort of thing. So what I look for first in someone, is to try to recognize if they are from my "tribe" or not. If they are, I know we have a shot. If not, it's very unlikely that either of is will find the other attractive enough in the long run, to make a go of anything more than a pleasant acquaintance. |

I think your first reaction would be the reaction every human has when they first see a person. That is, is he / she pleasing to your eye, which would be overall looks. I think your brain immediately registers if you like something you see or not. And I don't think anyone is fast enough to override that function of their brain. You may override it with some time.. but not on first look. JMO |

The entire package, especially the eyes, not what color, but is she looking at me. Her personality, is the conversation all about her, or is she interested in what I have to say. Her body language, is she warm and friendly or ice cold.
Stuff like that. |
