but when it all comes down to it,given the choice between a normal guy with a sense of humour and intelligence etc, i reckon you'd all drop him for some hunky, ripped bad ***

maybe when I was a lot younger, but certainly not now. I think that's down to being young and immature and you don't realise then that isn't the way to go. |

1. Comes with good recommendations
2. Knowledgeable in his field 3. Gives a strong confident interview Now besides those I look for a team player. You know, someone who can keep certain things under his hat
