I don't get it, they put down the treat of a dangerous CRIMINAL THUG a year ago. Get over it people, the ones out there now don't care about the cause they care about the sense of power it gives them or are criminals trying to use that as a cover.

It was a damn public service killing. The officer should have been given a god damn medal of honor, not had his career ruined!

it wasn't just about one killing, it was about the last one in a string that made people fed up

and there was no history of him having ever hurt anyone,, just that he pushed a man,, (caught on camera) kids on the playground do that to each other, should they be shot for it?

the cops claimed he attacked darren (They also leaked that he was hit so hard he had an orbital blowout and carren claimed after two hits he thought a third would kill him, but his med records reflect nothing abnormal except the discomforat HE said he had)

but then he RAN,, that wsa end of any fatal threat,

ridiculous.

Or watch CNN. There has been a media release from the St Louis county police Cheif. I'm not going to quote it again.

I made the thread. I have been checking links & the radio for off & on for 7 hours. What is your point?
The PERPETRATOR fired several shots, & that is a fact. This was NOT some innocent shot by a fireing squadron in the streets.
You are giving your opinion, & nothing more. And feeding in chaos & hatred & the ramblings of social media.

http://www.cnn.com/2015/08/10/us/ferguson-protests/

The alleged gunman, 18-year-old Tyrone Harris of St. Louis, is hospitalized in critical condition and in police custody. The St. Louis County Police Department said officers shot the teenager after he unleashed a "remarkable amount of gunfire" at police -- a characterization the man's aunt contends is not true.

Prosecutors have charged Harris with four counts of first-degree assault on law enforcement, five counts of armed criminal action and one count of discharging a firearm at a motor vehicle, St. Louis County Police Department spokesman Sgt. Brian Schellman said.

Belmar said earlier that Harris used a stolen handgun to fire at officers.

Harris is being held on a $250,000 bond, Schellman said.

CASE CLOSED.. Maniac in custody.
Cops did their job.

B.s. Like I said I was actually watching CNN newsroom on CNN on television. I skipped back over the St Louis county chiefs statement word for word as broadcast. On the last few minutes of ac360 Sara Sidner who was across the street with the Ferguson interim police Cheif when the shooting began that was between two civilians. People scattered none captured on film footage shown resembles the ONLY SUSPECT out of three separate shooting incidents.
Harris was wearing red shorts and has short hair. The initial shooting occurred on video between two suspects with dreadlocks. Where are they? Any arrests or persons of interest noted in that crime? No there aren't. The shooter had black shorts and a white T-shirt. Not Harris.
As for the 60 shots in 45 seconds it was on ABC nightly news with David Muir, there are links to watch full episodes for 8-10--15 and others but all you have to watch to see it it's the very first report so mmaybe 3-5 minutes you'll see it.

Where is the video from before Harris was shot? He had no way to identify them to even target them which is a pretty important part of intentionally shooting someone. Why would detectives fire from inside an unmarked van at night? That's what you call an ambush. I expect the dashcams if there were any were off and bodycam footage wasn't released. 4 officers fire on one teen with no cover and no way to identify them and four to six cameras aren't functional....
If I remember correctly from the Dubose case, when the other offers bodycam footage began they were stepping out with their guns drawn, point being the cams are probably turned on by a proximity sensor in the car. This would allow the ambush to occur without being recorded. Its more than likely set that way to protect the privacy of the officers. indifferent fuuq them. Their job is to find the first shooters which preceded all other events of actual interest prosecutorially speaking. Had they not started shooting nobody else would have. Let me know when a chain of custody comes out as a key evidentiary factor in Harris "carrying a 'stolen weapon'"

Oh so now you're closing criminal cases before any investigation has been conducted. huh
What is the case number? Which law enforcement agency is involved and which law enforcement agency is conducting the investigation? Have any officers involved been named, any on administrative leave suspended or pushing a pencil in the precinct? How many civilian shooters were there and how many officers in total discharged weapons? Were all of the involved officers from one agency, two, three, Federal, State? If the three shootings were connected how were they connected. I also believe the governors decision to announce a state of emergency may have some bearing on the circumstantial evidence and the actions taken (or not taken by the detectives who fired on the 'suspect'.where is the van and the 'stolen weapon' Harris was said to be "carrying" not. firing. Forensic evidence powder tests (which are easily fixed) of the shooters?
POW,
MIA.

There's this little thing called due process on an old piece of paper that says this case is far from closed.

Below is Tyrone's fathers quote on the situation:

My son was running to the police to ask for help, and he was shot," he said. "It's all a bunch of lies ... They're making my son look like a criminal."

According to court records, suspect Tyrone Harris, Jr. was arrested in November 2014 for having a stolen 9 mm. A probable cause statement said police pursued Harris after he was speeding in a stolen car down a one way street. Police reported throwing down stop sticks, then arresting him. Officers say he admitted to stealing the car and gun.

...nobody is making your son look like a criminal Mr. Harris.. he IS a criminal.

--------------------------
You are missing my point. The Perp was/ is a criminal, the cops did their job. The criminal brought it on himself. CONSEQUENCES OF CRIMES.
Plain & simple. And that's it, end of story. "Case closed" is just a phrase.
FEW cops have to justify, explain... blah blah... to a city or community or the world, nor should they.
I don't see a need for an investigation of the police.

I see a need to know, WHY, The Perp, his family , who created him & the community he lives in, seem to think it is okay to be an animal, commit crimes & disrespect the police & society.... & then cry & scream about it, create more chaos & blame everyone else, instead of CHANGING themselves & excepting consequences like everyone else.

According to police and or court records, where is that stolen 9mm weapon? What was his punishment for those crimes? Which law enforcement agency arrested him and where?
Who was his lawyer THAT guy/gal has a tongue of pure silver. The arresting officers missed a couple of very obvious crimes ^up there.

Well, I would assume that gun is in the evidence room at the county prosecute. He was out on bail. pending court further court actions. You would have to check the Mo. laws to figure out the punishment. Why would I care about how many years he is looking at? Why would I care what local cops made the arrest and exactly where.. what does that have to do with anything?. You are questioning it, so you do the leg work... prove your point are valid. back up your words. Find the reports yourself. No one is disputing his prior arrest.. not even his family. So was that also some sort of cop ambush?. Did they put him in that stolen car with a stolen guns, then beat a confession out of him?.. It that the deal?

So, back up your claims,, do the due diligence. Find the reports your are questioning ( police, court, evidence storage /disposal, penalties, court dates)... Prove your points. Show the world the mistakes that the cops made. Solve the conspiracy.

Actually it is a great opportunity for you to shut everyone up once and for all... A great opportunity.

So do it.

Lets see what this looks like a month from now after all the facts are made public.. shall we.

All the reliable witnesses (mostly black) said Wilson was telling the truth and he was completely exonerated by the physical evidence.

Your version is ridiculous.

Hands up ... don't shoot was just a lie.

SHARPTON: FROM WATTS TO FERGUSON — ‘ALL VIOLENCE’ WAS ‘SPARKED BY POLICE VIOLENCE’

by PAM KEY
12 Aug 2015

Wednesday on the “Tom Joyner Morning Show,” MSNBC’s “Politics Nation” host Al Sharpton said all the riots and violence of the last 50 years, from Watts to Ferguson, have been “sparked by police violence,” and then driven by unemployment and poverty.

Sharpton said. “I think what is critical as we marked the 50th anniversary in March of the voting rights march, and then couple weeks ago, of the signing, that we must remember the Watts rebellion happened the very same year. That shows us even with the promise of the Voting Rights Act there was the violence and rebellion when police stopped a man and roughed him up and it led to six days of violence here, over thirty lives lost. Much more than we see now.”

He continued, “If you think of Watts 50y years ago, if you think of South Central with Rodney King, all of the violence we have seen all the way to today in Baltimore and Ferguson has usually been sparked by police violence. When people feel that those that are sworn to protect them, they can no longer trust, that is when they explode. Now of course it’s driven by unemployment and poverty, but Watts should remind us that this is nothing new. Which is why we need to solve policing. And not keep ignoring it until the next explosion.”
