some people aren't the best at their job and cannot supply proper customer service. This is not a racial issue but a issue of the manager.

then they shouldn't be employed in customer service if they can't speak the language, whatever the colour of skin, religious views, sexuality etc, if someone isn't capable of doing the job then they shouldn't have the job!

Well what I'm going to say about this will most likely have people thinking I'm racist ( I'm not I'm a realist) and dislike me but hey that's alright as a natural born citizen of the USA I have the right to speak my opinion on this!
I know my grandparents are rolling around in their graves for the simple fact they fought in wars for our freedom that seems to me most Americans could really care less about until they twist it around to suit their needs. I'm done with that rant!
I'm a carpenter and live in Northern California born and raised in the same town I live in .
It pisses me off that when I go to the lumber yard or hardware store and it takes an extra 20 min. To find a product because just about everything here is in Spanish so the extra time is trying to find the English on things. I also find that in just about every store in my area. Also not to many native born carpenters on job sites these days mostly Hispanic ( affirmative action bs is part of it).
It's hard to communicate with most of the Hispanic workers because they either know a few words of English or none at all. Don't get me wrong I've worked with a lot of these guys that have learned to read and write and companies I've worked for paid to send these guys to school to learn it and I'm all for that. But the majority do not and the ones that are hear legally only speak a little English if any at all. My point being to make a long story short is I have a few friends that are from different countries all of them came here as youngsters with there parents and before they were allowed to become citizens they all had to learn to read and write in English learn about our history to become legal citizens. And what is happening here in California really makes them angry . They are always saying why don't these other people have to go through the same thing they had too. Good question I think!!!
What the hell has happened to my state and our country . Well the pure fact that the socialists( yes and they are)are slowly trying to push their agenda on us . Wake up and really take a look around and also read some books on one of the most evil and twisted people ever to live and quite a few things he did are happening here! Oh yeah that evil and twisted person I mentioned was Adolph Hitler .
I'm not some nut , whack job, or conspiressy theroist either !!!

There are good people everywhere. If you have to begin a sentence or thought with, "I'm not a racist, but..." That is in fact what you are.

Not at all! One does not have to be a racist to be aware of unpleasant conditions caused by a clash of language and culture. The fact that peoples of other countries migrate into English speaking countries and do not bother to learn English, much less try to assimilate into the the culture into which they have invaded, speaks volumes. Wrong is still wrong. And when it is compounded by a specific group, race, or ethnicity does not make it right.

call me what want, but i won't spend my money in any shop that i know is run/owned by a "visitor" to my country...

So what if it's run by native Americans? Cos I can't help but be brutal, and a tad cheeky, but you only nicked the country from them.
