not on this site so much, but, on others the hair color is stated as blonde. o.k. no problem. question is if the roots and streaks are showing big time and are NOT blonde ( very dark colored or black) are you blonde?
if the answer is yes, does that mean if i stand on a box and measure my height and the tape says 6' 10" am i that tall???? |

gee I think my roots might be coming in ..and my hair turned out different this time ,,gee I better go fix what my hair color says ,,oh wait they dont give you the choice of red and brown with some purple an a few greys cause its time to color again ,,oh boy ,,mike an van we have a problem again I think ..not specific enough on hair color here...oh no...

According to the International Hair Color Rules and Regulations Manual of 2002 (I don't have the 2005 one), if the visible hair is at least 51% blonde, then it must be designated as such. Failure to comply may result in fines, banishment, or enforced wearing of a cowboy hat.

I was born blonde. Mom played "beauty school" with perms and it turned brown. I have been a redhead at least since 13 yrs old/
I have the personality of a redhead/I am a redhead.
