Holy macaroni and cheese! What is going on?

Let's see....

Last nite ran out in pitch black dark bare foot thru the mud to break up a fight with my little brother and his girlfriend.

My little brother got his car tire stuck in mud near where he parks.

No biggie. We pulled it out and busted the water main.

I went to chemo with bags under my eyes from 9 to 330 and go home on iv chemo pack.

My son calls me at chemo and said someone came in the property last nite busted out my daughter's car window. Stole her stereo and Id, bank card, Ssn as she left her wallet in car by accident.

In summary,

Calmed the wild horses (the fight)
Washed mud off my feet
Got car unstuck
Fixed water main
Called cops and filed report burglary & ins.
Reported all stolen cards and such.
Forgot I was actually in chemo at this point.

After chemo, went directly to food store and bought chocolate fudge cake for my daughter and lemon meringue pie and cherry pie and raspberry danish for my family. Crisis averted!!!

My daughter said please don't cry...I said I'm not, I'm laughing; insanity onset.

Where's my pie!!!

Heck yeah! And I forgot to put on my deoderant this morning. And ran out of underwear and had to wear my bikini bottom to chemo. So behind on laundry after vac.

NTS: buy more underwear.

But my daughter just text me she got a job interview and my mom is cooking sausage with peppers and onions. My dad is just walking around with a grin shaking his head.

I was talking to him about all that happened when I got home....then my mom laughs hysterically and says to me when I finished..that he was asleep.

I think the pies and cakes worked!

Hmm... thinking that you cannot stay static in life (meaning having a static mindset) otherwise you won't change.... or will you? I'm not sure about that one actually.

Cause if you repeat something enough times it becomes part of your personality and you can always access it - at least that's how our education system works right?
So then repetition equals change! hmm..
What if a person covered him or herself in Vaseline, jumped into a bathtub and pretended to be a slug, would that person eventually become a slug?
(not that I would or have done that or is planning it or anything...... I mean come on right? hahahaha...)

Alright alright, so then in order for you to change and repeat stuff you need to.. arrrrhhhh
This is why I love immediacy so much, you don't necessarily have to think about why you're doing what you're doing. In fact you don't have to think about anything. But we're adults so we have to be responsible and stuff and not just let ourselves get pulled by our own impulses.

Then again... are we really adults?... what is an adult.
I bet if I asked that question I would get all kinds of answers haha. There is no definition for it.
Technically you're an adult in the eyes of society when you can vote, but that doesn't mean you're an adult.
So you have responsibilities like kids or other stuff... I had responsibilities as a kid but that didn't make me an adult.

So we're children in grown up clothing trying to make sense of the world we're living in with the impression that we're better... somehow!
And we want to change... no wonder having trouble finding a solution for this.
Though I still think immediacy is the way to go, but I guess that's just personal preference. I bet we all have different ways to look at this...

Im thinking if the frog I rescued is ok. Thinking about it now, he was quite cute. Ive called him Freddy. Freddy the frog.

Spent all day dealing with doctor's offices and insurance companies and only broke down and cried once.

But I'm finally scheduled for my brain MRI tomorrow and the neurologist at USC on Monday. Progress is good.

So tired now.

I am thinking I really hate driving past KFC or a really good BBQ place when I'm hungry ....and I'm heading home after work to make a boring supper...
