I have not weigh myself and therefore I don't know. But what i go by is the size of clothing and since I have been swimming, running in training I have lost 3 sizes. This way it's more encouraging to me. The scales can put you off especially when you have worked so hard.

I want to tone my body more, but I am in my healthy weight range. I am on the higher side. I am 165. I would like to be 135-140 though.

I'm 1.72m tall and i weigh 66kgs. Athletic build and an aesthetic body.
