Gay marriage does NOT make those 26 states & SODOMY laws,NULL & VOID. Which was always an issue since 24 states did NOT vote in favor of gay marriage in the first place. Only a few states were given a choice. So ' sodomy ' laws still exist in some of those. Because it not only relates to homosexuals but also straight couples & more religious beliefs & also divorce. And I cringe to think what effect this will have on CHILD abuse cases & the AGE of sexual consent & for WHAT type of sex act. It was a lot more than " homosexual " consensual adult activities that had / HAVE people worried. One law, affects another & also a lack of law does. Unless something is ""specifically stated as illegal " it IS LEGAL 
Right now approx 13 states are freaking out, because they have 'sodomy ' laws still on the books. Which also means, any state that does have it ( sodomy ) on the books,,COULD do a ROUND UP & it would be legal, until a higher court stops it. It also means homosexuals CAN use sodomy as grounds for divorce, like everyone else. And can also charge each other with rape ,more easliy. Including ' spousal ' rape, just like everyone else can. |

Who said that I support anything? This is all over youtube and the internet for anyone to view. I have heard of Obama being gay before just thought it was bs. But now I have to wonder? Maybe he'll come out of the closet now.
