Yeah, easy to say. But gets entirely different when you're in a relationship that is not socially accepted. If you get harassed because of it, or your kids, maybe your house, car etc spray painted and so on and so forth. THat stuff does happen. Tell them colour is irrelevant.

And "Not socially accepted" is not limited to a partner with the so called wrong colour of skin.

I think TV only does that to kind of push the social acceptance of such relationships or other coloured ppl even.
These days if there's a commercial that shows a group of people, it is not done anymore if they are all white. Reversed discrimination. Now there HAS to be at least 1 black person, 1 asian, and of course a Muslima with a headscarf. Lo and behold you'd show white people only! OMG, that's discrimination! Pretty soon there well be a law that forbids gatherings in the street of white ppl only, lol.
Seriously, this entire integration thing is getting out of hand if you ask me.

As for your topic question: No, I don't fancy non-white man. Doesn't mean it can't ever happen. But in general, no. If he's not born and raised a westerner, fully integrated in every possible way, then NO way, Jose.
