so miss rains have you graduated to a larger chair or are you still managing to meter the fudge intake? Well I actually still have 2.5 pounds left. I ration it out so there I do have a new wheelchair that a friend loaned me [ her mothers] that is more my size and so much easier to manage that I gave up the desk chair to roll around with..Alot more safer... I did have a wonderful Doctors appt yesterday. I have graduated to a molded brace and ace wrap on my arm. Which I can start taking off for short spells now. I was told if I had to guess if it was 5 pounds weight don't pick it up. I start being rehabbed on my arm next week to build the strength back. I am so excited yesterday I came home and actually put on a regular blouse and felt like a girl. Who knows I might be able to be wearing make up soon again. I know that when you can't bend your arm out straight for two months wow the feeling is incredible when you get to do that. And you realize how weak it becomes lol I am on cloud nine since 2 weeks ago when I asked for a hard cast so I would gain mobility they told me no. Not yet. So imagine my surprise when I found out I graduated to a brace and wrap. I was cautioned to be extremely careful due to my bones being so brittle at this time. I really can 't express how much freedom I have with one small thing given back. Again thank you so much for your support..

GF this kind of scares me.. To my knowledge the only lake well I will let pancho share his stories.. And steep hills. We are on the high prairies

Wow, Sitka. I remember you mentioning to me that you were in an accident; but I did not want to press for details. Now, seeing this thread for the first time gives me clarity of your struggle. I am so sorry about your horse. That must still be tough. I'm so glad your body is healing! This time next year, you will be good as new, my friend! You work so hard and remain so positive. Keep a smile on your face; I know it's hard some days. Thanks for being my friend!

Sure it will be baby steps at times and you really need to be careful what you do and how much you to... And to have the arm free now Wow now that is I'm sure a huge relief for sure.. Keep us updated... Before you know it you will be able to get up and move around more..
