How come I can send some messages to people and some days I'm ineligible.

same people ? could be you sent more then 5 at a time with out them checking it out new people ? they might have something blocked miles , sex , smoking , ect ect ect

Depending to whom? If you are doing dating, somebody can block you per "not interested". Happened to me numerous of times on various sites. If its that case, then my suggestion will be try a different person and be patient this time.
