Try drinking water it could be because you are dehydrated. Also eat pineapple there's is something in it that will help. Sorry you are in pain. Try to sleep if you can. See your Doc. It could be a number of things.

Glad my PC is working again! It didn't, I almost panicked, then realised the on/off switch had come loose again. Sodding thing! Opened pc, cleaned it too, that was scheduled anyway. And dang, did it need cleaning! Another week and things would probably have exploded again
