I love my life I love me and the way I am. I'm so happy I was brought up by great parents. Now I'm about to share the love with a special person. Life is beautiful

If I start feeling down...I think of how many others have it so much worse..I think about my friends and children and now grandkids...and smile...nothing better than loving and knowing your loved...truely beautiful..yupper

I think about the boys who fight for our freedom, and their families of course. What could be worse than saying goodbye and then spend months worrying about them.

Meditation and living in the moment, ie breath deeply and try to focus on all of the things that are happening around you. The way the clouds move through the sky, the wind moving through the trees and all the little insects zipping around doing the things that they think are so important.

I guess I should have elaborated on mine.. This sums it up nicely.. I love life itself and through the years have realized how precious it is. So to me just being is what makes it beautiful I like the way Oogway said it in Kong Fu Panda "Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift, that's why it's called the present."
