Meditation and living in the moment, ie breath deeply and try to focus on all of the things that are happening around you. The way the clouds move through the sky, the wind moving through the trees and all the little insects zipping around doing the things that they think are so important. Nice answer... I guess I should have elaborated on mine.. This sums it up nicely.. I love life itself and through the years have realized how precious it is. So to me just being is what makes it beautiful I like the way Oogway said it in Kong Fu Panda "Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift, that's why it's called the present." |

I enjoy nature. I live in the country next to a river so I get a cup of coffee and go out on my deck and watch the wild life. All the birds, otters, Ospreys, and the occasional Gator. Or I take my dog to the ocean for a walk.
