I want to go to bed at a consistent time, like 10 o'clock.
I keep drinking soda after 5 though.


I find that having a consistent bedtime and amount of sleep lets me wake up feeling better in the morning, with more energy.

Why? Because I don't like waking up stiff and tired.

Why? Because it hurts.

Why? Because of all sorts of medical terms.

Why? I don't know. God, the universal planner, mother gaia, evolution bob, made it that way?
