Maybe try gabbing to folks in the forums to find Honest. Push your sleeves up and taking time to know someone before falling so hard.

What happened to honesty?
It barged into scammers, liars, cheaters, players and A-holes one too many times. So it's still there, but caution seems to be necessary before honesty can surface again.

Hear me!

Do NOT lend or give money to someone you are not married to (or have not been cohabiting with for a loooooooong time).

If you do, you have only yourself to blame for being taken advantage of!

A con can't succeed without a willing mark.

Human beings are of two categories (other than being 'man' OR 'woman'). They are either honest OR dishonest. Plain & simple truth.

A 'dishonest' person will 'honestly' remain 'dishonest' everywhere; be it 'internet' or otherwise. The only difference in this case of 'being honestly dishonest' is that 'good & noble' people will stay 'far off' from 'these kind of individuals'. Hence, 'such kind of honesty' goes unsung / unrewarded / unrecognized! (Perhaps, 'justifiably' too).


As for that 'reasonable' question: Why is it that people on here can't just be honest?'... Well, I'd surmise 'that' to be their very own choice.

If someone says: I was compelled to adopt dishonest means in my workplace ONLY for the simple reason that all my colleagues & superiors give & accept bribes, I would observe it to be merely an excuse of 'that' person, trying to justify 'his/her' dishonesty!. Most people might choose to 'disagree' with me.. 'They' might be of the opinion that 'being dishonest' under such circumstances, is actually the need of the hour. It's only being realistic wise & practical. Maybe 'their' view is 'reasonable' in 'one' way.. But given to choose ONE path, from a 'couple' of options, I would stick to my stance.. not because I'm kind-of obstinate, but because that is what I 'believe' in.


So my conclusion (was; and ever) will be:

Each and every human being, chooses to be either 'honest' OR 'dishonest'. It is entirely upon us (our very own discretion), whether to have 'them' as as our 'associates' or not.
