Nothing because everything in my life at the moment can be replaced.

Unfortunately, suicidal people, may welcome a fire in their house. As they have a death wish, some of the time. It's difficult, because I'd like to save the dog and the other pets, but I also want to save my mum, my sisters, friends, ugh. If were truly in an emergency, I probably even
wouldn't give myself time to think about it. I'd just cut and run. What's the worst that can happen? If I then ended up living in sheltered housing/hostel, so be it. I haven't got much compassion for material things ornaments, rugs, vases, etc. As nice as they look, I always put my sanity first. Everything else has to come second. It annoys me, that just because I have my own flat, people think I'm sorted. That isn't the case. I'd rather be left with little money to live on, than live in a big place where I feel unhappy. Just because it looks clean, it doesn't mean I feel okay.

How about I save my sanity? Never gonna work. As they say, crazy is as crazy does. Crazy will end up dating another crazy.

My ex was always joking (I think) that in an emergency she would save the dogs and cats before her mom. So whats the first thing you would save in an emergency or natural disaster?

In my emergency tote: cd's with family history/cd's with family photo's {dating back to gr-grandparents era}, medical history, my med list, my legal papers for my home/land...then my out the door grabs or into my basement {for tornadoes}: my 3 dogs - my mother's 2 parakeets - my purse - my keys - my cell phone!

Extra flashlights - emergency kits - water - extra pet food are already in place down there!
