First summer moving into town after my divorce was a tough one..getting everything put in my name and registering son and I for school. and seemed. everytime I turned around there was a deposit or fee I was trying to pay
ex was fighting me tooth and nail on child support and doing crap like only paying what he felt we deserved and never full amount. well anyhow I am not proud of it but we were so broke we went to local food bank in basement of church. I was nervous and ashamed but those ladies were so kind and just loaded us up with all kinds of stuff and told me come back again if I needed to |

So we did..I was using this grocery perk card that gives ya so much in free groceries after spending so much so one day my son and I went back to food pantry but this time bringing food in instead of taking it out. not bragging and saying what a good girl am I. just saying that I notice good when I see it

It helps me in my day to put a smile on a strangers face....free..

Someone wise once said "You get what you pay for." But if it's crap it's probably because your doing it wrong, and don't ask me how to do it right because I still haven't figured that one out. All I know is that some people out there do find that diamond in the ruff every now and then, even on free sites.

My take is anyone who believes that has not hiked through the woods on a cool spring day or swam in the river when they were ten years old...They haven't skated on frozen ponds or sipped from a spring fed well, smelled a rose or tasted snow....They haven't been kissed by people who love them or smiled at for no reason....They never helped an elderly person cross the street or shared a meal with someone who was hungry...I could fill this thread with beautiful things and all of them are free....
