If you didn't go, do you regret it?
Not really. If there are regrets I regret not giving more of a crap about high school and the people I went to high school with that would give even contemplating attending a high school reunion purpose. Might as well ask if I regret not having a 10 year grade school or kindergarten or first part time job or hospital nursery reunion. |

I went to a ten year reunion. I saw one friend there. The rest did not even show up. Most of my friends were either younger then myself that were different grade. I decide next time I would not go again. Because it was a lame. Most were there to a show off there husband. And the bully was there. I took my brother because I thought I need someone that would defend myself just in case. Most were snooty to a me. She criticized and asked is this your husband. In which he yell it at the top lung I am her brother because she seem deaf and what not. But to say the least I hate her because she seemed to a put me down because of my because I was thin and the irony of it all she got fat. I stay as I am thin and well I got the last laugh in that area.

Did not attend my 10th year reunion and never regretted not doing so! I had young children I valued my time with. I did go to my 20th year reunion but it was less than interesting to me. I have never wasted my time going to another one! And never will!

I didn't go to my 10 year reunion and do not regret going. I don't remember much of high school. I keep in touch with my former classmates on FB. I will probably never go to a class reunion.

I would like to see some of the kids teachers I went all the way through school with but would not go back to be around the people I lived with for all the money in the world. No happy memories there.

I appreciate everyone's thoughts and input. I opted not to go. The people that I'd want to see or talk to, I already do via phone / text / Facebook. All the rest, I really couldn't care less about. Plus, someone wasn't so smart on the committee, and they're having the reunion Father's Day weekend. Not to mention, the "huge" event they are doing is a cruise around one of the larger lakes in the area. Sounds fine and dandy, but I'm not about to be trapped on a boat with a bunch of people that I don't like who have access to alcohol. I just might be tempted to shove them off the boat. And last time I checked, that's frowned upon (why I don't know) ;)

Reunions always make me both nervous and giddy. I've been doing a lot of that lately.
