i can't find the rules regarding private vs public photos... i'm assuming they're differenct, otherwise why bother?

The rules for all photo's are the same. Private means they can not see them unless you choose. But if you choose to load pictures against the rules you will be subject to warnings or possible suspension. Site Mod Kristi

If you have nudes in private and we know about them they will be deleted and warned or banned for going against the rules. Regardless if private or not Nudes are never allowed. Site Mod Kristi
