If judges are paying out on that kind of garbage claim then they need to update laws.

There is a reasonable expectation that a person can travel a roadway in reasonable safety not and absolute guarantee there will be no danger.

And if they still pay out on garbage claims judges should be removed from the bench.

Somewhere people have to take personal responsibility and provide for their own safety and medical care.

The way I see some people acting in the street it is a miracle many survive.

we are a litigious country

very little surprises me, win money because a cab driver asks you to refrain from kissing in your cab?

win money because your coffee burned you?

breatss are natural and beautiful, I think our obsession with 'perkiness' is strange honestly

the fake ones have an unnatural roundness on top that is obviously not what that picture shows

just natural breasts on a women leaning more to one side than the other without support

thats how NATURAL breasts look guys,, lol

seriously?

its called gravity, that's why women usually wear bras,,, so either she chose not to wear one or she wore one that didn't support her evenly

Looks more like the surgeon ran out of silicone.

I've seen more than my share of natural breasts.
Hers, look more like a natural disaster.

Mental anguish ( part of her law suit) has a affect on the entire body ( according to her). And going by the photo, her breast are very depressed. I am sure because of the pain and suffering their friend, her ankle is going thru

I am glad the " long term suffering" did not affect her ability to hop a plane to Bali.. for some much needed ankle rehab

We all know that the only real cure for this type medical condition is $4.5 million dollars as that has a way of snapping the body right of a deep depression.

As a matter of fact, you should just be able to get a prescription for that from your doctor

I am sure with the cash infusion ( at the expense of the taxpayers) will have her as perky as ever no time. And I am also sure that she will flip Dad a few bucks as acting as her consultant.

What else can anyone really expect from a Sharpton

Al Sharpton’s daughter sues city for $5M after spraining ankle

Shakedown artist Al Sharpton’s eldest child wants $5 million from city taxpayers after she fell in the street and sprained her ankle, court records show.

Dominique Sharpton, 28, says she was “severely injured, bruised and wounded” when she stumbled over uneven pavement at the corner of Broome Street and Broadway downtown last year, according to a lawsuit.

Currently on vacation in Bali, the membership director for her gadfly dad’s National Action Network claims she “still suffers and will continue to suffer for some time physical pain and bodily injuries,” according to the suit filed against the city departments of Transportation and Environmental Protection.
“I sprained my ankle real bad lol,” she wrote in a post to Instagram after the Oct. 2 fall.

She was pictured in a walking boot in the weeks following the tumble, but by December, Dominique was good to go for NAN’s Justice for All march in Washington, DC, and for a New Year’s Eve jaunt to Miami Beach.

And despite claiming “permanent physical pain” in a breathless notice of claim in December, at around the same time there were social-media shots of her in high heels and fancy dresses and climbing a ladder to decorate a Christmas tree.
Dominique Sharpton claims she fell in a crosswalk, which would make hers a “defective roadway” claim. The city received 774 such claims in the 2014 fiscal year alone.

Falling in the street left her with “internal and external injuries to the whole body, lower and upper limbs, the full extent of which are unknown, permanent pain and mental anguish,” she alleges in the court document.

The younger Sharpton is seeking the damages for “loss of quality of life, future pain and suffering, future medical bills, [and] future diminution of income,” according to court papers.

Poor girl, I hope she's ok.noway

When you see that NotSoSharpton smile I would strongly suggest checking to see if you still have your wallet and that the hand in your pocket is your own!

Wow!! Just wow.

While in New Orleans I went along Bourbon Street and was advised to avoid stepping in what locals call 'Bourbon Water'. A mixture of various fluids, use your imagination sick ill , in the gutter. Seems that if you step in it you may as well toss your footwear because the stink will never come out. Maybe I should sue the city of New Orleans for not cleaning their streets and thus exposing me and others to a potentially dangerous bio-hazard.laugh

Or go after the small Missouri town my wife is from because I tripped on sidewalk and twisted ankle. I could wind up owning the town.laugh

This woman is nuts!!! Evidently all the 'pain and anguish' didn't stop her from having a good time. Her own tweets and pics will get her case tossed.
