i have two major chain groceries and an aldi about to be built, within a short walking distance. one closes at 10p, and another never closes. it's bliss.  I think we only have 24 hr shops in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, The Hague. No way would I want to live there. But a shop that was open till 10 PM would be great! Used to have that, but this really is such a remote area... If it wasn't for the tourists in summer, we'd barely have shops and supermarkets at all in this province. We sure as heck wouldn't have a supermarket in the village then. There'd be nothing here, no restaurants, pubs, shop and supermarket, if it wasn't for the friggin tourists. So I gotta be grateful for what there is. Still sux they close at 6 though, lol |

I swear u all sick ... and all my joints feel really sore and tight.....omg... did my skin look kind of yellow to you...ohhh.nooo.. great I think I have jaundice..... maybe typhoid..... oh now my stomach is starting to hurt....ohhhh.. quick somebody get me the throw up bucket... We got Concert at Sea today and tomorrow, which is less than a kilometer from my place. Line up is pretty danged good this year and tonight the closing act is Lenny Kravitz Just now been weeding while listening to Kensington's live performance .. was bloody great! |

ASDA is English as far as I know.
Lidl and Aldi aren't and they can be found everywhere. They're German I believe. I was surprised to see them in the UK, then learnt they are everywhere. |
