So, I had a great girl, but not the so best relationship as far a open communication. I will admit I did screw things up and said some horrible words to her. Now be have broke up for two weeks and I truly miss her. Should I give her time or let it go and move on???? if you truly love her or you think she loves you more than anything. then dnt let her go anywhere. still u have got time to bring her back in ur life. the main pillar of any relationship is mutual understanding, if u got this between you two then its time for you to run before it gets too late. |

Yes communication is key to any relationship but you don't build a house with rotting wood. Insurance adjusters wouldn't pay a claim for any damage if they knew the building material was sub standard before the house was built. Maybe it was her, maybe it was you letting her push you over the edge but one thing is clear, you went over the edge (verbally). Nothing worse happened and no matter what keep it that way. I can tell you from experience that even if she was 101% at fault it's still going to hurt. That's one of those things about loving someone, even once it becomes clear that they DON'T love YOU, it still hurts that they are no longer there. |

Uh, lousy relationship, resentment on both sides, why would you want to reinsert yourself in to that situation?
Or is that the thing here - you really just miss "inserting yourself" into her "situation"? I think you did an excellent job of communicating your thoughts and feelings. She just didn't like what she heard. Were you a jerk? Sure. Were you honest? You provided evidence that you were. If you want to discuss issues with someone in the future I would suggest to you that honesty doesn't have to be insulting. Once you belittle someone they pretty much stop listening and are less willing to adjust to your "demands". Comes down to this; while you have every right to not want to feel like you are carrying dead weight in your relationships, she has every right to not feel like a burden in her relationships. Move one...or don't...or do...or try again... why are you asking me to make life decisions for you??? |
