I can't speak for everyone but for 'ME'; it gets me through the day and in order to meet REAL PEOPLE you have to establish a connection/communicate with them and as you've discovered {or you will shortly} there or a multitude of FAKE A$$ED humans putting their images and profiles out there in the WWW and pretending to be someone or something that they are not.

So find a topic/thread or start another one that is of interest to you and you too might find a connection with another REAL HUMAN on here --- you just never know!

when u pay my internet bill u tell me how I waste my time on it until then how I spend my time surfing is me own business but good luck.

i agree with you shaan and i have noticed the very same thing. it's possibly something that you won't see on a paid dating site, because the members are more serious, but i have no idea since i have never tried that.

I m new in this site came here by someone recommended to find my partner but here I can see people's are not serious

take into consideration that this is for free...so, yes...some are indeed on here just to pass the time, some for other reasons...

there are some who have found their partners on here, but it's not all win-win...

what did your friend recommend about this particular site? maybe you should ask why s/he recommended it...

You have to break down the number of "datable" people that you would really match with. Looking for male or female cuts the population in half, then look at the age range you would be interested in, that cuts the number by 80 percent, now look at the locations you or they are willing to be in. That cuts it by 99 percent. Then you have to breakdown if they are even looking for someone and what your interests are and theirs. I don't think people should assume that any site is a quick fix. You are looking for a needle in a haystack and you have to work hard at it if you want to find it. One thing I find a lot on this site is people who haven't even checked their profile in 5 years, I see hi I'm new here, I'm 24yrs old, and it says that they are now 32! I've come across some scamers looking for me to text them too, so watch for that. Also there are people just for the forum or looking for friends. So good luck, have fun with it, and it doesn't hurt to try.

you haven't read/posted on the 'POLITICS' forum/topic yet; 'CR*P' gets plenty serious quickly over there and not to often does it wander off into the sexual innuendo diatribes

Arrrr, actually, I am very serious on those political topics. It can get heated and intense. At one point, it got too heated. I slipped and it turned into a steamy heated...
