i'll admit i can be a bit harsh when it comes to police, but thats because ive been beaten by cops for no reason, been arrested for no reason, seen other people beaten by cops for no reason and seen other people get arrested just because the cops felt like it.

why would i seriously care if you doubt this story, i know what happened you dont. i was there, you werent so i could really give a phuk if you doubt my story.


A bit ironic. I don't know if this story is true or not. I don't know all the facts from all sides. Isn't that the same as these stories? We don't know all of the facts. We don't know the whole story. The media doesn't either. Sire we can label all cops based on personal experience (not that it would be accurate to label all either way). My personal experience is from good cops

Yes it happens. Heck even a crossing guard can get run over. I am curious...if you think cops are so bad and do nothing but ride in cars and eat donuts, why don't you become a cop and make a change? Even cops driving around get calls to burglaries, etc that is dangerous.

You never know who will use a weapon (including a car) or drunk or on something.

growing up i thought about being a cop, but i wouldnt be able to live with myself knowing that im locking people in a cage for years of their lives for mostly victimless drug crimes. i'd be ashamed of myself knowing i busted someone with a little bit of pot and now theyre going to be locked in a cage with violent criminals for years of their lives. time is something you dont get back no matter what. and the whole war on drugs is complete BS, just a way to fill up prisons for slave labor and to benefit the people who operate privatized prisons who make money off of how many people they can lock up. private prisons are one of the fastest growing industries in america. hence the reason basically everything is illegal in terms of the law nowadays. i wouldnt be able to live with myself. if there was no phony war on drugs and the police actually spent their time busting REAL criminals, i would not mind being a cop.


I don't want dealers selling drugs to kids. But without cops, killers, rapists, abusers, etc can do as they want unless vigilantes do it.

A lot of places don't bust for a little bit of pot.

Are they in public? Then yes. Ma Many cops would tell them to go home in this case. If there was a group of people...that could cause a problem for the public. Drugs affect people different.

Example...my sister and I can't smoke pot. We get paranoid and our muscles tighten. I wouldn't want the public to put up with a paranoid me. If I have to go to jail for my safety or to protect the public...so be it

Like I said...I don't care if someone does that in a home as long as it doesn't involve others that aren't a part of it.

im not disrespectful towards cops, only when they feel the need to act like a bunch of tuff guys and abuse their authority is when i will speak up. im not going to be intimidated by someone because they carry a gun and a badge. i dont just walk the streets saying f*** you to every cop i see, but if they give me that kind of attitude im not afraid to give it right back, its my right to say what i feel as long as i dont threaten them. and just because i have some choice words for them (which they instigate in the first place) doesnt give them the right to hit me while im handcuffed and mase me and throw me in a cell with my eyes burning.

If it infringes on others rights, then it's criminal behavior. When selling, you can have trouble makers. Never know when a drug deal gone bad will happen.

Again I repeatedly said not a problem to me as long as it stays behind closed doors

so how does someone walking down the street smoking a joint infringe on your rights, theyre not hurting you, threatening you? or if someone walks down the street and pulls something out of their pocket and snort it up their nose, thats not hurting you, or threatening you, how is that infringing upon your rights? and how does having a large amount of drugs make you automatically a dealer, everything is CHEAPER when you buy in bulk. i could have a pound of weed at my house, does that mean im selling it? absolutely not it just means i smoke alot and buy it in bulk to save money.

If kids see it...it does bother people. Many don't want the kids to see it. Many adults don't want to either.

I left out the word can in my post. It can become intent to sell.

If you are high as a kite and in public creating a nuisance, then it affects others.

Plus everyone knows it is illegal. Don't want legal problems, don't do anything illegal

A peace officer owes you nothing, he doesn't know you, all he is trying to do is his job and get to the bottom of the disturbance and keep the peace. So you want to give him lip service and blur the lines for him to make a decision? A suspicious mind is always ill-at-ease and spotting hidden meanings nobody else even considers are there. Before I have to run errands. Everyone has rights even to break the law.

You have the right to remain silent.

Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law.

You have the right to an attorney.

If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you.
