Can't. Needs a server to host it on the internet. Your computer is not a server...is it? Your home network is probably private.

put a video on here that is on my desktop? You will need a host for the image. http://www.photobucket.com does this for FREE. You can also right-click a YouTube video (or any online video) for its URL and place it between URL tags thusly: [URL]link goes here.[/URL] WITHOUT THE ASTERISKS!
