To be one of the cool guys you had to have a spoiler.....
One of my cars was Ford XC four door...302 as well....nice car...emerald green.... Yeah that's true, as well as the spoiler there was the manditory sun-roof and the stone flectors. Lol remember the stone flectors that used to go along under the sil panel? Looked cool but got snagged on every driveway speed bump etc. etc. they were taken over. EDIT: fixed typo |

Just tried to find the pics of the other cars I've had but can't, looks like the ex might have scored them.
Had a Holden HT Monaro for a while, 253 under the hood. And a Holden HX wagon, also 253. |

One day hopefully, I would love to get a Bugatti Veyron! I'll settle for the Audi R8 for now though!

In Australia in the 70s the big three car manufacturers had huge battle for sales...... Chysler or Valiant as we knew them came up with the Charger....The 1972 E49 Charger came with a 265cu in engine...I know a 6 cylinder!!!... but it had the quickest acceleration of any Australian production car - 14.4 seconds in the quarter mile..... respectable even when compared to American big-blocks or 1990s sport compacts. mikey was that still a slant six? they never grew them bigger than 225 cubic inches state side |

No Eric...check this baby out... Like the Ford and the Holden only several hundred were made of each...designed to go from road to race track...by the mid 70s the government had banned them all due to fears the young guys were going to street race and kill themselves.... |
