Sorry I haven't been in guys to say hi to everyone and to respond to your posts. I have been very busy with my new job. And the deal on the house I was going to buy fell through. Now I am house hunting again. And, I have a cold. Ugh! So, HI all!  May your 'house-hunting' meet with a 'successful end' & may you regain your health on an expedite basis.
