As I was driving through town yesterday there was a guy running that I noticed. He didn't look like he was overweight, looked like he was in good shape. But all I could see was his man boobs flopping like crazy. I don't think I've ever seen a guy flop around like that before and all I could think was the guy really needed to contain the "girls".

What can or should a guy do about this?

if you do get a chance to jog along, you don't have to bring it up right away. plenty of topics to start off with before bringing up the condition. google it and find out more about it. it may lead you to find a easy way to bring it up. you could be the one "stranger" in this cat's life that ends up helping him more than any of his "friends" ever have. godspeed, bulldog

It sounds a bit abnormal considering he looked in good shape, usually overweight guys have man boobs.
Maybe chest exercises could firm them up, but it sounds more medical than anything else.

a compromise seems in order. you get on the back of my bike, we'll ride along side of him while he is jogging, and we can both have a conversation with him
