I Am Inside The Rain
The rain with it's darkness found wanting, heavy, constant and wet, Houses us hidden away, in cold hallways, behind alleys - inside doors of lesser propriety, Where we crouch in our own gathering puddles like children afraid, trying our best to forget, Where it was we found our wintertime fears, warmed here, in the mainstream of society, Rain, rain fall where ye will, down across the leaves and trees upon the hill, where an ocean cries, I am the lesser rainbow in a vast blue, lost, last horizon beyond the enchanting sea, Free to shift, and spread across stolen skies, where true gripping visual beauty lies, Free to echo burdensome calls, crying out in my silence beckoning ye - to me, I am the rain in the feathered, ancient forest storm, reaching out to ye crying out to be reborn. Rainy days, rainy nights, oh how refreshing, distant thunder heard, then a rainbow n' brighter days.

Godis_,
Thanks, I've re-read this piece and find it for the most part acceptable. I find it reads well enough to be here and shared. It does not lack. Thank ye again for your kindness, tommy boy moran / Ireland |
