according to her, she has tried everything possible.. but it only seems to increase the pain. Sounds like a gyno problem of the woman's. Endometriosis or something else. Big ***** are not painful. Woman's body is made to stretch. With endometriosis the internal guts are glued together with scar tissue and would prevent some movements. That's all I can think of. She should see a gynecologist.
