I don't see through others,but I do lets say
""absorb" emotion. There are places I cannot go,and I do and see the angels of others.my spiritual boundaries are extremely important, that I have mastered,people that lie I can detect before they speak. Thank you and god bless.

If you are"empathic" myself I consider at times,beyond! Invoke your guardian angel in a relaxed state I can only advise."she" if called upon can guide you.you use the word"unsettled"if you accept what ever ? You feel and become comfortable with it,the rest comes in time. True emphatics have spiritual boundaries,they must contain for personal wellbeing,I personally I can go beyond that,I advise caution to people to define for themselves between intuition and empathy,there is a vast difference! Unsettled meaning I thought it was just me and I needed to fix it or ignore. I knew nothing about this until you brought it up and I thank-you.

there are many things I often don't know how to put into words.
I'm not saying I have the gift you have.
I think there are things we are meant to share with the world.
for myself, there are times when I can sense or feel people I know. like they are on my mind for a reason. so I will reach out to them, call or text, usually call. they will tell me they're going through something or other and we work through it from there.

often, I feel God puts us somewhere for a reason. at times I have been approached by complete strangers who felt the need to share a very personal problem with me. something completely out of my depth of experience and God gave me the words to help them.
I guess that's the best way to describe my question.

Just read your reply on site.firstly you are"clairempathic" relax and understand you are a spiritual sponge. God chose you as he did me,reasons unknown,only to him. Our existence draws friends,and total strangers to us,because they they feel drawn to the purest form of empathy in us. You have to make spiritual and human boundaries to basically protect your sanity, do you know how? Please don't be afraid I can help, if you want?

Yes Anna nailed it about total strangers drawn even when I am in the midst of my own dilemma I can help a total stranger of theirs. In the end I'm left perplexed at what just happened, thankful I could be of help yet feeling left alone to deal with my own if that makes sense. I know I have went out of my boundaries now but don't want to elaborate in this forum.

I don't share my gift with others,cannot be done. Do I tell people of my ability,or sell my self? Never! But if I'm in contact with some one who I know is,down,in a bad place,I just say hi I'm Benny,I wont insult you by saying"how is your day"then I say lets talk,I'm told people warm to my company,its good for all to talk even me,it instantly promotes natural healing"but not for me" I hope that helps!
