I swap according to what I'm doing ..
I'm mostly a right side person, very intuitive & sensitive etc. But when I'm doing more left-hemisphere kinda stuff, I sort of swap. That image of the rotating woman is nice to help you master the technique of swapping active hemisphere. |

it took awhile, but the logic and control
of the left-brain hemisphere finally won out.... glad i didn't mention what first came to my right-brain side it did take 30 minutes of swapping technique though...

I agree with this ^^ More of left hemisphere for me but sometimes depends on the situation and I swap. Using both hemispheres of the brain will enhance it more and you get a good advantage. |
