How to log out?

Can't logout: http://m.mingle2.com/logout http://mingle2.com/topic/399313 "The logout link is in the list that appears when you click the menu icon at the upper-left of any mobile page. If you're clicking that icon but nothing appears, we noticed the same issue. Fortunately, it did not last. If this is happening to you, try refreshing the page a couple of times. We suspect that the new site might not sync up or clear the cache right away, but refreshing does the trick."
