Yes it is a police state. This is why I left the U.S. unfortunately similar things happening in Turkey, although personally I don't notice it here. The police don't bother people here. The U.S. police force are out of control (of the citizens it's supposed to protect anyway).

I never click on links. Where did the event take place? The video is in conclusive made by some cop hater. He had his hands up at one point for a second (not all the way up) then he ran from them, pull his hands down to waist level and from that camera angle you couldn't tell if he had a gun in his pant like or any other weapon. You also don't know what the call was about. |

I am sure this "Victim" was in there running her mouth talking $hit the cop went to detain\handcuff her, she resisted and fought and she got slammed since the best way to handcuff a uncooperative or violent subject is on the ground, easier to control and that is speaking from personal experience. |

Police don't know that a person is mentally ill. A mentally ill person will kill you quicker than anyone. |
