Rule numero uno. Do what the police tell you to do. Especially if they have guns pointed at you. 
I'll try to remember that. But what about a mentally ill person, having a medication problem. Been more than a few of them 'put down' by graduates of the Wild Bill Hickock Academy.
Police don't know that a person is mentally ill. A mentally ill person will kill you quicker than anyone. How true......Just look at the lunatic in the White House for proof of that |

if cops would exhibit just one tenth of the courage and bravery (not saying smarts here) that Mama Bear and Papa Bear did in Dallas Tx recently after a wild high speed chase came to a screeching halt....they might regain some of the respect that's been lost by trigger happy cops like these guys.....

only 13 shots for not obeying commands? Whoda thunk? They had to be called there to begin with. Your leaving out the crime they were called there on. So what standard procedure for a jay walker? Only three shots to the torso. If it's a jay walker with a weapon on him. Pancho, I agree there are some cops that are way out of control. I'm just saying don't judge all cops by what a few bad ones do.
