Hey forum, I'm new and have a question. On my home page the mail shows I have one new but when ii go to it there's not. Now I don't know if they are related but I am unable to mark the dot to delete mingle2's welcome email

This is a common occurrence, the usual cause is that the person who sent you email is deactivated during the process. They can do it, the site can do it, or the email can do it by not passing filters. No idea on the inability to uncheck, you on a mobile device? |
